Shipping Policy

At Kissable by KPC, we’re committed to getting your beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible.

 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Delays: While we do our best to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or carrier issues.

  • Need Help?: If your order is taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at KissablebyKPC@Outlook.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same exact product only (same item, same shade, same size).

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7–10 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
